Your New Smile Starts Here

Your First Visit

Your first visit is more than an assessment, it gives us a chance to get to know you, understand your goals, and walk you through every option available. We'll take time to provide a thorough evaluation, answer your questions, and make sure you leave feeling confident about your smile journey.

What To Expect

One Hour

You should be in and out within an hour.

Thorough

We’ll take our time to ensure we know your unique smile situation and goals.

Educational

We’ll help you understand all the relevant options, talk through treatment timelines and your financial investment.

Relaxed

No pressure. No upselling. No judgment. It’s your smile, we’re just here if you want us to help.

Before Your Visit

Please fill out the forms listed below.

What to Bring

We’d love for you to bring a few things along for your first visit.

  • Photo ID (such as a valid driver’s license)
  • Insurance card (for those with dental insurance)
  • Questions, concerns, and hopes for your smile

All Inclusive Treatment Fee

Our treatment fees are all inclusive, meaning that your full treatment fee includes:

  • Orthodontic records, which consists of CT scans, digital study models and photo images. All images are shared with your general dentist.
  • Custom treatment plan
  • All active appliances in original treatment plan
  • All appointments during active treatment
  • Removal of appliances at the end of active treatment
  • Two sets of final retainers for our comprehensive (Phase II) patients. If retention is indicated for Phase 1 (early interceptive treatment) patients, one removable or fixed retainer is included.
  • One year of follow-up visits to monitor retainers. Patients who receive Phase 1 treatment will be monitored through periodic observation appointments (complimentary) until they are ready for full comprehensive (Phase II) treatment.

Your smile investment does not include:

  • Work performed at other dental offices outside our orthodontic practice.
  • Treatment plan changes that result in additional appliances or longer treatment time.
  • Bonded retainers
  • Replacement of lost or broken retainers

We accept most major insurance plans. Prior to any treatment, our team will perform a complimentary benefits evaluation to let you know what your insurance covers. We also offer a variety of convenient payment options to fit your budget.
